Roller
Tops
Roller Tops facilitate movement of heavy loads on and off the
table. Standard sizes are available to fit the table top of
any standard Portelvator.
Extension Roller Tops
An Extension Roller Top is also available which adds 22" to the
individual table top length. Either roller top increases the
overall table height - 3-1/8" and is secured with four bolts. |

Roller
Top-Push/Pull Unit
Save transport and handling time from storage to machine. Take (1)
die/mold from storage to machine, index table and remove (1) die/mold,
turn table around and load new die/mold.
Includes drop-away safety rails that are
attached to the roller top - No more misplaced safety rails. |

In the
retracted position, the push/pull transfer mechanism occupies
minimum working space. |
Handcrank
operated, the scissor mechanism extends in the center of the
table top. |
As the
scissors mechanism reaches it's maximum position the linear
motion initiates. |
Fully
extended, the load is transferred off the Portelvator. |

Extension
Tops
Extension Tops are secured to the Portelvator table top by a snap
lock with trigger release. They fit around the table perimeter
and provide a continuous surface 22" longer than the individual
Portelvator top.
Saf-T-Rail
Saf-T-Rail (not shown) fits the table top perimeter and is easily
removable. This option helps to keep loose parts in place
during transport on rough, uneven surfaces. |

Die-Part
Jr.
Die-Part Jr. is available in three standard sizes and converts any
side operated Portelvator into an economical die separator.
The simplified design attaches to the table in minutes at six
points. Die clamps are individually suspended by chains which,
in addition to the cross rail height, may be adjusted to suit die
sizes.
Die-Part Jr. provides up to 32"
maximum between top rail and table, however, distance varies between
Portelvator models. Overall height of the unit is 76 inches. |
