Elevation -
Offered as standard on Die-Part Model E-6484,
power elevation is also available optionally on Models E-3548,
E-4436, and E-6208. Equipment includes a 2 hp* magnetic clutch drive
with dial control torque adjustment and overtravel safety limit
switches. An up/down push button station, magnetic starter with
overload protection, electrical interlocks and 115 volt control
circuit transformer are unit mounted and wired. The drive system is
self-contained within a guard enclosure.
*1 1/2 hp drive option on Models E-3548
and E-4436. Model E-4555 is Model E-6208 with power elevation.
 Model E-3548 & E4436
- These manually operated models accommodate die sets to 26"
x 32 3/4" and 26" x 39 1/2" respectively with load capacities to
2500 pounds. They are equipped with all standard features and
phenolic molded casters.
Optional equipment includes power elevation,
telescopic screw covers, polyurethane or steel casters and leveling
jacks. The upper platen may be optionally drilled and tapped or
provided with an open type top with reinforcing ribs to suit a wide
variety of die design configurations.
 Model E-6208 -
With a load capacity of 3500 pounds, the manually
operated Model E-6208 accommodates die sets to 31" x 50" in size. In
addition to all standard features, phenolic molded casters and
leveling jacks are included.
When equipped with power elevation at the rate
of 23 ipm, the unit becomes a Model E-4555. Steel or polyurethane
casters and telescopic screw covers are available optionally. Custom
hole patterns or open type upper platens are provided as an option
to suit specific requirements.
 Model E-6484 -
Arranged with power elevation and
remote up/down push button control as standard, the Model E-6484
accommodates die sets to 31" x 62" weighing up to 6000 pounds. Other
standard features include steel casters and leveling jacks.
The upper platen is furnished with a 12" x 45"
open type design reinforced for added rigidity. The platen elevating
speed is 18 ipm under power operation.
Polyurethane casters and telescopic screw
covers are offered optionally. Clamping holes may be furnished to
specifications at extra cost. |

Die-Part
facilitates the construction and maintenance of die sets by
affording complete accessibility. Punch and die sets as well
as molds are separated and refitted accurately without disturbing
original alignments or losing valuable press time.

upper platen to a convenient position for corrective work. To
refit the die set the procedure is reversed.
